By accessing this website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Definitions
Acemastars: Refers to the platform connecting clients with handymen for various home maintenance and repair services.
Client: Refers to any individual or entity using the Acemastars platform to book handyman services.
Handyman: Refers to any individual or entity offering handyman services through the Acemastars platform.

2. Services Offered
Acemastars provides a platform for clients to connect with handymen for various services, including but not limited to general handyman services, appliance repair, joinery and flooring, plumbing, electrical work, gas and HVAC services, plastering and painting, automobile maintenance, and brickwork and masonry.

3. User Accounts
Users must register an account to access the full features of Acemastars.
Clients and handymen must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Booking and Services
Clients can book handyman services through the Acemastars platform.
Handymen will provide quotes for the requested services.
Services can be provided virtually (via video, audio, or text chat) or through home visits if necessary.
Handymen will provide a quote for on-site services if virtual support escalates to a home visit.

5. Responsibilities and Liability
Acemastars acts as an intermediary platform connecting clients with handymen and is not responsible for the actions or services provided by handymen.
Clients are advised to exercise caution and due diligence when administering advice given by handymen.
Acemastars disclaims all responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during the provision of services by handymen.
In cases of significant loss or damage, Acemastars may take partial responsibility and provide compensation if deemed appropriate.
Clients should contact emergency services for any major issues or faults.

6. Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise between clients and handymen, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, clients and handymen can contact Acemastars customer support for assistance.
Acemastars will facilitate communication and mediate disputes but does not guarantee a resolution.

7. Billing and Fees
Acemastars charges a 25% commission on the fees earned by handymen through the platform.
Clients will be charged based on the quotes provided by handymen and agreed upon before service delivery.
Payments are processed through the Acemastars platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Acemastars is committed to protecting user privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Acemastars platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Acemastars or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
Users may not use any content from the Acemastars platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Acemastars reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
